ORDER

THIS MATTER COMING to be heard on the Motions filed by Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. to withdraw as counsel without substitution, counsel for Account Holders (as defined in the Motions to Withdraw) from Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. appearing before the Court, and no other counsel or persons appearing or objecting, the Court being fully advised in the premises and due notice having been provided;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The motions to withdraw without substitution filed by Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. are GRANTED.

2. The Account Holders represented by Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. are hereby advised that to insure notice of any future action taken in the above-captioned matter, they should retain other counsel of file with the clerk of the court, within 21 days after the date of this Order, a supplementary appearance stating therein an address at which service of notices or other papers may be had upon them.

3. The Receiver is ordered to post a copy of this Order on the Intrust website within three (3) days after the date of this Order.

4. Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. shall send a copy of this Order to the last known address of represented Account Holders by regular first class U.S. mail within three days after the date of this Order.

5. Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. shall be deemed to have satisfied the requirements of Supreme Court Rule 13(c)(4) by complying with paragraph 4 of this Order.
