ORDER
This matter having come before the Court, it is hereby ORDERED:

The Receiver shall file a Motion in Opposition to Certain Account Holders' Motions for Exclusion (not to exceed 7 pages) on or before October 13, 2000;

Account holders who disagree with either (a) the Receiver's categorization of their exclusion motion or (b) believe they have a good faith basis for why their motion should not be disposed of as provided in the Receiver's Opposition shall file a Reply (not to exceed 4 pages) on or before October 27, 2000;

The Court shall conduct a hearing on such exclusion motions filing a reply pursuant to paragraph 2 above on November 3, 2000 at 11:00;

Exclusion motions not resolved pursuant to the above-process shall be set for status on November 8, 2000 at 1:00.
