ORDER
This matter having come before the Court, it is hereby ORDERED:

With respect to the issue of post-April 23, 1999 deposits, those amounts shall be deducted from the April 2000 account balances (net of any withdrawals) in accordance with the procedure presented by the Receiver. Appreciation on those amounts shall be calculated on the basis of the S&P 500 Index;

This matter is set for status on November 8, 2000 at 1:00. At that time, the Court will further consider the question of whether an appreciation index other than the S&P 500 Index should be used with respect to the post-April 23, 1999 Deposits.
