ORDER
On this day the Court considered the Motion for Order Authorizing Receiver to Charge Receivership Fee ("Motion") filed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as Receiver ("Receiver"), with the consent of the Commissioner of Banks and Real Estate for the State of Illinois (the "Commissioner"), in connection with INDEPENDENT TRUST CORPORATION a/k/a INTRUST ("Independent"). The Court finds that notice was appropriate and sufficient under the circumstances. The Court further finds that the Motion should be granted and following order should be entered.
THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Receiver is authorized to impose a fee as a charge for continuing administration of the receivership in this case (the "Receivership Fee"). The amount charged shall be determined by the schedule below. The Receiver may take such actions as it reasonably deems appropriate to collect the Receivership Fee, including seeking further orders from the Court in aid of collection thereof.
