This matter having come before the Court, it is hereby ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1) Hearing on the Receiver's Motion for Authorization to Charge Receivership Fee is continued until Wednesday, August 30, 2000 at 9:00 a.m.;
2) All account holders seeking to file motions for exclusion from allocation of the Shortage pursuant to the Court's August 17, 2000 Order shall have up to and including September 11, 2000 at 5:00 p.m. CDT to file such motions.
