ORDER
This cause coming to be heard on the Receiver's Motion For Order Authorizing Receiver to Charge Receivership Fee it is ORDERED:
1. The Motion shall be heard at 2:00 p.m. on August 29, 2000 in Room 2301 of the Richard J. Daley Center.
2. Any objection to the Motion shall be filed and served today by 5:00 p.m. on Jonathan Silverman, Kirkland & Ellis, 200 E. Randolph, 58th Floor, Chicago, Illinois and Filed with the Court.
3. The Receiver shall file its reply in support of its Motion by Friday August 25, 2000.
4. A typed version of this order shall be posted on Intrust's website which shall constitute sufficient notice of this order.
