ORDER
On this day the Court considered the Motion for Second Supplemental Order of Administration ("Motion") filed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, as Receiver ("Receiver"), with the consent of the Commissioner of Banks and Real Estate for the State of Illinois (the "Commissioner"), in connection with INDEPENDENT TRUST CORPORATION a/k/a INTRUST ("Independent"). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Receiver's motion for authority to allow disbursements to pay investment manager fees is denied without prejudice.
2. The Receiver's actions taken in reliance on Commissioner Directives 2, 3, 4 and 5 in permitting withdrawals on the basis of hardship are hereby ratified; provided that no further withdrawal from any account on the basis of hardship shall be permitted in excess of $5000 except upon further order of this Court.
