ORDER INCLUDING CERTAIN ACCOUNTS
IN THE ALLOCATION OF THE CASH TRUST FUND SHORTAGE

This matter having come before the Court on January 4, 2001, it is hereby ORDERED:

     1.     On December 13, 2000, this Court entered several orders with respect to certain exclusion motions. Specifically, this Court entered an order directing all accounts identified as "Pending" to provide the Receiver with certain information on or before December 22, 2000. In addition, this Court entered an order directing all accounts recommended by the Receiver to be included in the allocation to file a brief stating why such account should not be included on or before December 22, 2000. The Court further ordered that accounts failing to meet the above deadlines would be deemed to be included in the allocation.

     2.     Per the Court's order, the Receiver has reviewed all information submitted and briefs filed on or before December 22, 2000. The following accounts did NOT file briefs or otherwise submit information as ordered by the Court on December 13, 2000 and accordingly are hereby INCLUDED in the allocation of the cash trust fund shortfall:
