This matter having come before the Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED:
The motion of Bruce Freimuth & Terry Bommer and others, including Barbara Davidson, to Compel Receiver=s response to discovery requests, continued from September 22, 2000, is hereby deemed moot and DENIED; and
The requests to admit served on the Receiver by Kent Knickmeyer on behalf of Barbara Davidson and various other account holders are deemed moot and STRICKEN.
