DEFENDANT CAPRIOTTI'S ANSWER TO COMPLAINT
Defendant Laurence W. Capriotti ("Capriotti") by his attorneys, for
his answer to the complaint herein states as follows:
Defendant Capriotti invokes his Fifth Amendment privilege against
self-incrimination as to each and every allegation contained in the complaint.
WHEREFORE, Defendant Laurence W. Capriotti respectfully requests that this
Court, in the interest of fairness and in order to protect the privilege, stay
proceedings against him.
