The following motion was filed on behalf of certain account holders requesting that in lieu of excluding certain accounts from allocation of the cash shortage, the Court allocate the shortage to all Intrust accounts as of the date of the Receivership. The Court ordered that all persons wishing to oppose or join in this motion serve their pleadings by Friday, September 15.
