Tuesday, May 23, 2000: Hardship Withdrawal Requests over $5,000 must be Approved by the Court
The Court ratified the process for hardship withdrawals at a hearing on May 18. At the hearing, the Court also indicted that withdrawals over $5,000 would have to be approved by the Court. While hardship withdrawals will be processed as they have been previously, requests for amounts over $5,000 will take additional time to process and will be allowed only after approved by the Court.
